Liquor and/or cannabis products are not allowed as the event space and its ownership are not licensed. Any items brought onto the property or into the event space are done so without the Owner’s knowledge and without expressed written or verbal consent. Therefore, the Renter alone will be held solely liable for any damages or injuries as a result of these substances being distributed and/or ingested by any guests of the Renter’s while in possession of the event space during the rental period.
